Our experience at Springhill Suites was truly delightful.

The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed was ideal for my family, featuring ample space and a convenient layout that kept the kids entertained. The proximity to SeaWorld provided easy access for our daily adventures, and the on-site Starbucks was a nice perk for caffeine fixes.

One major inconvenience was the early checkout time. we felt rushed to complete our morning routine. While the luggage deposit service is nice, having access to a shower post-checkout would have been fantastic, especially in the heat of Orlando. Additionally, the trash bins in the room could have been larger, which would have made it easier to manage waste without relying on our own bags. Last, while the space was overall comfortable, some elements of the room showed signs of wear that could use attention.

I recently had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and well-designed, perfect for my family. We also loved the complimentary shuttle to SeaWorld, making our park visits effortless. The breakfast offered great variety and the staff kept everything clean and well-stocked. The only area for improvement would be the pool maintenance, as it could use some attention.

Lastly, the absence of complimentary parking felt disappointing given the hotel's overall service and amenities.

It was just a strong match for a momentary pause in Orlando with outstanding value. The staff were super friendly, especially Amanda, who remembered us by name and left a thank you card under our door. Parking is available nearby, but be aware of the daily fee.

Had a nice stay! Rooms were super clean, which was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful too. I had a queen with a sofa bed and it was pretty cozy. Just a heads up, they messed up my reservation, gave me two queens instead of a king. Not a huge deal though. The poolside snack bar was a nice touch for chilling out!
